I put of this painting for a long time but am so happy with it now that it’s done! Dragonflies, like many other insects, have many lenses in their eyes that are in very specific rows and patterns. They are incredibly complex and one reason why I believe they were designed by a Creator. When viewed in person the gold leaf really stands out in this painting.
