When I was looking through animal references, this puffin caught my attention. While its eye already has a gold-ish color, the shadow in the eye appeared more purple. The rest of the colors around the eye is saturated too, but as you look at more of the bird’s head, you find a large variety of hues you wouldn’t expect in this mostly black and white bird.
